I've been reinfecting by typhoid from past 7 years why it is repeating can I have a permanent solution for this? is there any effect to me in future due to this regular effect? please suggest where I am getting wrong about my health

Typhoid infection is the infection in the intestines hence oral antibiotics are not effective. You should full one week course of injectable antibiotics for permanent solution
