I had fissure post baby delivery. It's keep on occurring again & again. I regularly apply jataydi oil and ointments prescribed by doctor. Also take fiber supplements. I don't have constipation issue then also its coming again and again. Initial stool may be hard but later stool is also soft.
It's effecting my mental peace. What is the permanent solution of this. Is laser permanent cure. ? Will it prevent occuring new fissure ?
I want to get rid of it. I also anal test using durbeen, everything was normal but its coming again and again.
I also have tightness and pain in my pelvic muscles. I am taking physiotherapy for that as well. Anus is also a pelvic organ . Is fissure coming due to muscle tightness??
Please help me.

As your problem is of recurrent anal fissure . You would need surgery which means fissurectomy with gentle anal stretch . Normally after this there is very little chance of recurrence.

Hello welcome madam
Kindly consult a surgeon at your locality for physical examination and proctoscopy
You may need surgery for permanent solution ( laser is not available for fissure)
It is simple procedure only
Since you are have recurrent anal fissure have u gone for SITZ bath as I can see that u have not mentioned it above..
Secondly if u have been doing SITZ bath regularly and still not relieved then only surgery will be beneficial for you.
Next Steps
you should visit the nearby surgeon in your locality or connect with me via online mode will explain you each and every detail.

As long as your stool is fine, not hard then you will feel relieved, so do regular sitz bath 3 times daily with ointment to apply and stool softners have to take
