Regarding white spot near pupil
I'm attaching photos:
What could be the reason for the white sport near to pupil in left eye
It was coming when the lift directly hit on right side of that eye
And it's quite painful also
Sir I can see the iris distraction at that bright spot
And during my childhood a ball hit directly in my eye

Hello,
Unfortunately the pupil and iris details are not prominent in the photos that you've provided. However, if there is iris peeking towards the cornea along with distortion of the pupil and spot on the cornea, it is likely to be a condition of leucoma adherens.
Next Steps
For the time being, use eye drop nepafenac 1 drop thrice a day and visit an ophthalmologist physically for more detailed evaluation
