  4. Reddish near pupil. Matter of concern?

Hi doc, My 3 yrs old daughter's eye gets light reddish when she watches TV or phone. Right eye,light Reddish near pupil. After half an hour it become normal. This started happening since past 1 month. She watches TV or phone for almost 30 min in total in a day. Please advise. Is this matter of concern ?

Please get the baby checked by an ophthalmologist. Avoid phone screen, TV for a limited time would be better
