  4. Red spot in my eye. Suggest some drop?

Red spot in my eye
2 days ago I was working in my mobile for around 2 hours . Then at night a pain started and red spot occured near black part of eye in white part . And today little bit pain while pressing and red spot lining . Pls suggest some drop ??? Also attached photo

It looks like inflammation,  probably episcleritis. Please consult online or offline for starting treatment.
