Regarding vitamins deficiencies
I want to ask how to fulfill vitamins deficiencies in body. What to eat and drink so that there will be no deficiency of vitamins in body. What to eat for healthy hairs. So that hairs gets proper nutritions. Please explain.

Actually there is no need for any vitamin supplements if u have a balanced diet daily. If u r a Vegan u need vit B12 supplements and for hair u need to take biotin and calcium pantothenate rich tablets drink two glass of milk n egg daily will help Ur body
