Regarding vaccination
We have given hexavalent vaccine at 6weeks age . Can we give pentavalent vaccine + monovalent hep B for 10weeks vaccine or we should administer the same as 6weeks vaccine. Thanks in Advance

Give the same hexavalent vaccine as per  IAP schedule. Pentavalent contains hep B so no need to repeat if given pentavalent. Don't try to make changes to the schedule
