Regarding vaccination
Hi Doctors,
My baby boy is 10 months old. In the vaccination chart MCV vaccination was not written. But someone suggested that MCV vaccine should be given to baby when 9 months old. May i please know, what is MCV vaccination for?

Mcv is for meningococcal vaccine. It is not routinely administered in india. Need not be given to all children. Only under special circumstances some kids are given this vaccine. You can consult your pediatrician during your next immunization visit too.
