Regarding unwanted pregnancy
On 8th October,  encounter with my partner. But no penetrative sex, but there was some genital contact and a small amount of semen may have come in contact with the outer vaginal area cleaned within a minute with water. I got worried about the possibility of pregnancy, so I took anunwanted 72 about 19 hours after the incident.  I think I was in my fertile window around the time this happened. Till 13th of October i don't get any withdrawal bleeding. My main concern is understanding whether I’m still at risk, and when I can take a pregnancy test to confirm everything is fine??

If you don't get periods on your expected date do a urine pregnancy test. But according to history the chances  of pregnancy are very little.  Kindly consult for detailed consultation thanks

Withdrawal bleeding is not mandatory. Its a side effect of pill. Do pregnancy test after you miss your period date.
