Regarding ultrasound report
Pls see the ultrasound report and is this report fine as the patient doesn't show any symptoms of what if mentioned in report. And what are the symptoms for this is chest pain is caused by this ?

Need not do anything as of now.however an ultrasound should be repeated every 3-6 months .
Please share lipid profile.
