Regarding Twin foetus

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My friend recently conceived for a twin even though she says she doesn't have any hereditary jean. But unfortunately, in her 9th week both the foetus's heartbeat stopped and she was asked to abort. Both were in same placenta. Is this normal? what's the chance she might again have twin/single? she does consults her family doctor but what type of hom
