Regarding TVs after iui

I had iui treatment on 18 th day of period
Since then i underwent usg tvs after 12 days iui there is presence of active corpus leutum 3 in no 2 in right and 1 in left endometrium thickness 10.9mm i m on progesterone vaginal gel once daily.
And dr gave me inj hcg 5000 iu on 12 th day post iui.
what are my chances of pregnancy.i m having breast tenderness and mild pelvic pain.
