  4. Bleeding after iui. Will lead to period?

Looking for gynecologist opinion. its my 18th day after iui. I noticed bleeding today while I am already on progesterone supplement till 20th day. Dr did sonography and said that blood flow to endometrium is very good and it measures 7.8 mm on day 18. Now he has increased progesterone and estrogen hormone support for next 3 days. I want to ask does 7.8 mm endometrium indicate early pregnancy or it will lead to period ?
