Regarding thyroid pcod and other symptom
I am suffering from thyroid and irregular periods from last 3-4 years and had on medication of it. Now from past few months i feel lethargic all the time and have sugar cravings all the time and after eating sugar i have dizziness but also i had done the test of sugar there is not any kind of problem.. also i feel hungry all time . my body is gaining weight but very weak internally . i feel lazy all the time. Sometimes i can't able to breathe but i had done x-ray of chest there is not any kind of problem. Sometimes my heartbeat beats very fast and suffer from anxiety . also i have some major issues of headache its normal for my body to have a headache 24×7 but sometimes its unbearable. Also hair growth, mood swings,acne,bloating is happening.

Mam most of your symptoms are because of pcos. Now it's high time you start doing physical exercises on regular basis join a gym. You have to do  cardio exercises. Get your thyroid profile checked. For your hair growth you need to visit a saloon they will help you out. You need some tests also. You need to modify your life style lady. Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Join a gym and workout on a regular basis. Avoid junk food. Avoid spicy and oily food. Consume high fibre and low cholesterol diet. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking if you do. Don't be sad ok. Only you can keep your self motivated go for it. I know it's difficult but give it a try. Add antiinflammatory foods in your diet like garlic... ginger... turmeric.... tomatoes...nuts.... green leafy vegetables. Exercises is the kee to success ok..see i am stressing in exercises because it will reduce your weight....it will help in recruiting your testosterone levels ( high testosterone is the cause of hair growth and all ok)... will improve your mental health also.... start yoga....see .i  understand it's tooo much but try ok.
