Primary Hypothyroidism is a chronic medical condition which often requires replacement of levothyroxine for life long . Many people do experimentation by stopping taking the tablets and later check if the levels of TSH are still normal . This experiment always fails . So In your case TSH has reached 93. Which clearly tells that your thyroid is incapable of making its own thyroid hormone therefore you need to take its replacement for life long .
Next Steps
You should start taking the same dose on which your TSH was controlled previously. Ideally for overt hypothyroidism a dose 1.6 mcg is required per kg body weight .
Health Tips
Don’t do this type of experiment again .
