Regarding tests
I have went through double marker test which came as inter risk for down syndrome. Doctor suggested to go for npit test. Shall I go for amniocentesis or CVS as npit results are also not 100 percent sure. I want sure result if my baby has down syndrome or not. Kindly suggest.

If nipt comes high risk, you still need to do an amniocentesis for confirmation. So if you want, go for amniocentesis directly.

You can go for NIPT or CVS or Amniocentesis.  Any one of them. But please be sure that no one will give you 100% correct results. They will all say , "High risk or Intermediate risk or Low risk".
