I'm taking Metformin hydrochloride 1000mg + glimepiride 2mg for 2 Times a day , i cannot find this composition tablet in my place for now just for emergency case can I take metformin 1000mg alone for few days,

Hi., I can understand your concern. If you're not getting combination of both, Can take Metformin HCl 1000 twice a day after food With Glimipride 2 mg twice a day before food Seperately..
