Regarding sleeping problem

Hello I m suffering from sleeping problem.i already suffered from maigren and hyperacidity.but now a days I am suffering from sleeping problem because of hypertension.when I go for sleep,I didn't get sleep whole night.so is there any solution and treatment for me?
