Hi doctors. As per doctor advise I have started taking selenium 6x 4 tab twice a day before meal. When in morning I take 4 tab it's fine but during second dosage of 4tab in evening I feel little heavy heart and acidity feeling. Does the dosage need to be reduce or after few days it will get fine. I have started taking 3 backs before only
