Regarding Scuba Diving
From childhood my ear was infected and thus there was some discharge from ear. After 10 year of long treatment its now cured. Discharge do occur occasionally if there is some seasnal changes or if I try to clean my ear myself but overall it is controlled. Can I do scuba diving just for one time?

As u say discharge do occur from ear, it suggests there must be some perforation in Ear drum. If it is so, then water entering your middle ear will again cause ear discharge.. Avoid scuba diving. To confirm status of ear drum, get an Otoscopy done.
