rpoc means still the pregnancy products are left inside..they needs to be cleared or it will end up in sepsis

If rpoc is there, you should get it removed. If you leave it in there, it can cause infection and problems with next conception.
You may or may not get periods specially if rpoc starts wreaking havoc on uterus.
