Regarding pulse rate
Hi i am in stress and anxiety after that all of sudden i feel unieassiness like something going to happen and within two minutes after taking homeopathic palpitations medicine it's normal two times happen in three months but pulse rate not increase above 100 it's in between 75 bpm -85bpm check by hand find some irregular is this controlled afib it happen two time in three months because past 6 months many times in stress anxiety I have suffer palpation pulse rate increase to 120

Most likely due to panic attack like episodes / anxiety.
But need to rule out the serious causes.
