if the bp and sugar are well controlled then you can wait for spontaneous labor pains . if mild high bp with no other complication one can wait till 40weeks under gynaecologist supervision. if any complication then only early delivery in 38weeks is advised. but best decision can be undertaken by your treating doctor.
