My wife is not getting pregnant
It's been 4 months since we get married, and we are regularly having sex, we do plan for ovulation time and having sex. But still there's no pregnancy symptoms. This is adding lot of pressure. We don't know what to do. Looking for any help or suggestions.

Try for more 4-6 months, if you want get evaluated with hormonal tests and sonography
