Hi doctor I am 37 weeks and 3 days pregnant. My recent maturity  ultrasound report is showing AFI 6.0 cm and marginal restricted umbilical artery flow PI 1.09. Baby weight is 2847 rest is within normal ranges. Please advise is immediate delivery is required..C section will be there
