Regarding pregnancy after ectopic pregna
My wife aged 29 was diagnosed with unexplained infertility and after three failed iui and three years of trying we went for IVF and she conceived. But after 5 weeks she reported excessive pain and was diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy so the abortion was done and left fallopian tube has also been removed as it was damaged. Kindly tell me what are the chances of conceiving now. Moreover I cannot afford IVF now so is it possible to conceive naturally in my situation. Please answer to the point as I am very anxious

There is some mix up in the description. An IUI can cause an ectopic pregnancy but an IVF can never result in an ectopic pregnancy . You didn't mention the status of the right Fallopian tube.
