Regarding pemphigus and diabetic
Hello doc .. my father is an diabetic patient from last 10 years and 7 years ago he got pemphigus vulgaris and he is under treatment of predinosol 10 mg and Azoran 50 mg along with sugar tablet and insulin. His pemphigus is reduced except he get an wound only in his scalp that too only upper right side of his head. His sugar is under control. The infection on scalp often get cured n sometimes it occurs. Recently from last week he got infection he started taking the azoran and prednisolone in the  mrng . Due to severe pain he took azoran 50 mg tablet twice a day one in mrng n night for 2 days . Today he took in the mrng one tablet and from evening he have shiverinv and feeling like sleeping and have fever of 99° . I gave dolo65 and I'm worried wht to do if this is any side effect will that a serious issue. Plz do find the picture of scalp wound and advise.

As he is on steroids,  fever can be low or absent, as he is sleepy it can be sign of severe underlying infection, he needs urgent consultation by physician/dermatologist.
