FSSAI had kept a safety limit standard for supplement companies. So all the supplements sold under Fssai guidelines won't over load u with vit and minerals than ur RDA.
If there is a need of supplements in your daily routine,u can go ahead..But do the need analysis and decide.

Hi,
If you're taking well balanced meals, your nutritional needs are met with.I don't think there's a need of a multivitamin but need to assess your diet pattern and will advise depending on any symptoms you have.
Hi
See multivitamin consist of the vitamins and minerals which are micronutrients required by the body in a very small quantity.
So you can surely cover up your micronutrients by the diet itself.
But yeah if you are busy some where for a while and you cannot take care of your diet and you can take multivitamin for a month or so so but not for duration
If you can take for long duration it can harm you.
