Regarding morning wood
I'm working out in the gym from about 1 year so i consider taking some supplements like multivitamin and fish oil  but i have noticed than whenever i take them there something wrong with my body i can't get it as hard as before and i don't get morning erections any more . So i stop taking those for a while but it's almost a month and the frequency of morning erections is still very less . Was there some problem with those supplements or the problem can be something else

Hello , Normally multivitamins doesn’t have any kind of side effects unless taken for long time . Did u take any kind of Whey protein. Are you vegetarian / Non Veg How much liquids you drink daily ?
