My sister age 14 years weight 50 kg she started her periods on October 18 and till today it didn't finish its like 20 days she's menstuating continuously doing we did usg it's normal what could be the reason pls help and another tests to be done

Young Girls hv erratic ovulation so , erratic menstruation.
Puberty menorrhagia is common .
U shud get complete evaluation done fr her , then if no reason is found , cn be put on sum antifibrinolytics or hormones
