Hello, With your symptoms of frequent left sided feeling of trapping of gad which makes a pressure sensation and causes discomfort, mostly could be in line with Gastritis (acidity), GERD( regurgitation/ movement of food back into food pipe causing pain and burning). A few more points have to be know to help in finding the exact problem:- - Type of pain, radiation of pain, the occurance of pain  without or after food intake - Any nausea or vomiting - Type of diet consumed (frequent spicy and oily food) - Any use of alcohol or smoking -Any loose stools or constipation - Loss of appetite/ recent weight gain or loss Other symptoms also have to be asked rule out any other causes from gastritis or GERD.
Next Steps
Consult a Genral Practitioner for Physician online or locally. You can connect with me online through Practo or call/ Whatsapp( 915093049 eight)
Health Tips
- Avoid intake of spicy and oily food - Avoid consuming alcohol or smoking if you are involved - Go for frequent small quantity meals every 2 to 3 hours rather than 3 regular large meals - Avoid lying down straight immediate after eating food for 30 to 45 mins and also at night, elevate your head. - Go for regular exercise even in form of brisk walking for 30 to 45 mins a days for atleast 5 times a week.
