Regarding kidney
My father in law has high bp and sugar from 6 to 7 years...now it has started effecting his kidneys as he has raised creatinine and urea...creatinine is 3.64 and urea is 190...ultrasound states kidney shrinkage...how can we lower creatinine level...??? is there anything to worry???

If the kidneys are having any stones ,we can remove them surgically. If the creatinine is raising with non surgical problems to the kidney , u need to consult a nephrologist. blood pressure and sugar levels should be optimised. He needs frequent health check-ups, don't neglect.
