Regarding kidney
My father in law has high bp and sugar from last 6 to 7 years...now he has creatinine 3.65 and urea is also raised to 190...doctors said that there is kidney shrinkage...what effect could this level of creatinine and urea can be have??? is there anything to worry?

Guess ur age is typo...117!! Coming to the patient now..his high urea and creatinine means he has chronic kidney disease stage 3-4 already.. he may need dialysis in future...
