Kidney shrink due to sugar and BP
My uncle suffering with this kidney problem and few days back doctor found that his one kidney got shrink due to high bp (above 150) and sugar (above 200) which he is having since long and now he suggested by doctor for dialysis twice in a week. So my question can we solve this problem without dialysis or is there any way to resolve this? Plz help.

Dialysis is only a machine procedure which lowers the toxic metabolic products of body which kidney normally excretes from body and is required when normal kidney is not working properly
Control of basic diseases causing renal impairment is mainstay of treatment
