You need aggressive lifestyle modifications for this. At present no need of medicines if you already do not have any heart related issue. Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes a day, keep weight in control, avoid junk oily food, alcohol and smoking. Have high fiber diet. Repeat lipid profile after 3 months
