Regarding heart palpitations at night
I suddenly woke up with noticing heartbeat ....I'm very anxious about this and also I've been under medication for Generalised Anxiety Disorder. I always think I have heart related problems n checking heartbeat always. How do I cope up with this?

If u r on medication then reschedule ur drugs.. That means drugs need to tritrate.. If u had insomnia along with it will be addressed too
