Regarding heart attack
Sir/ma'am I am obese and planning to join gym. But now days there are many cases of people getting heart attack in gym. Kindly guide how to avoid this? And should I join gym or do regular cycling? I am very much afraid of heart attack,My height is 6feet weight 100kg.

Get your basic blood parameters done Also get a echo and TMT done before starting exercise.

Do regular walking , jogging rather than gym. Suddenly doing heavy unaccustomed exercise is not good
