Regarding heart
3 days back had little pain for few seconds on my left elbow and jaw . Tingling on my fingers while sleeping Next day I was fine the other day while exercising I had cold sweat I workout in the afternoon with fan . As if right now I am doing weight training at home taking pre workout (200mg caffeine) whey protein , multivitamins . my daily diet I am taking 4 whole eggs , bread , peanut butter and normal food including chicken I don't it is cause of diet or supplements . I recently started taking fish oil

It is unlikely to be due to heart. Still get a TMT test done and send me the reports

Hello, The symptoms you describe are more likely cervical spine related rather than heart related. Just to be safe get ECG and TMT done. Take care. Stay safe.

Get your ecg before planning heavy exercise to be safe . It may not be cardiac as you would not be able to work out so hard. Still my advice be safe.
