Pain in heart upper back and jaws.

I am having upper back pain on left and right side which shifts to heart and then for 2-3 secs it shifts to jaws then again it comes to back and this keeps on repeating..the pain come and go everytime..everyday its happenning since 10 days..when the pain goes to heart the upper back pain gets mild and when it goes to upper back the pain in heart vanishes..there is no time limit for this pain sometimes it vanishes in 2 mins sometimes in 30 mins and sometimes in an hour..(sometimes ruk ruk ke pain hota hai)sometimes it stops for a min then again it starts..needle like pain and happens only when i sit and lie down..i walked today for 30 mins to check if there is pain but during walk there is no pain..only when i sit or lie down it's happening...i had echo and ecg test and both are normal.. also i am 22 weeks pregnant..had lipid test and my triglycerides are 287 and vdrl 58 which is high.. dr said it is due to pregnancy.. i just wanted to ask is this type of pain due to heart Or muscular?
