Hi i want to use punarnava powder .as it contains so many benefits for kidneys heart and liver.shall i use the powder daily? May i know how i can use it? Is there any side effects with the powder for taking daily? Can anyone please guide me ? Thanks

1 -2 tsp punarnava powder mixed with water or honey can be taken daily in morning after food or break fast. don’ t continue for many days. Take for 15 days. Then consult ayurvedic doctor and continue.

hi , even though its ayurvedic it need proper symptoms to start punarnava . self medication is not recommended . consult ayurvedic doctor & start medicines as per your Prakriti .

Ya it is gud for kidney.....r u suffering from any disease or any family history.if not don't take it.if you r Heath conscious and ayurveda follower I will suggest you to take rasayan powder which contains amalaki,amrita,gokshur.rasayan powder will keep all ur organs fresh ,n rejunivating effect .
