Regarding head injury
Hello recently I had an head injury a wooden plank fell on my head almost three to four feet above from my height it's been three days I had swelling for two days now I don't have swelling but I have slight head pain at the part of plank fallen and surrounding no other symptoms I didn't take any medicine till now kindly guide me

Depending on the weight of the plank you can have superficial haematoma and concussion. It appears you did not had any symptoms of vomiting nausea dizziness or loss of consciousness. You can monitor your symptoms and use ice pack on the site. For medication you can try over the counter ibuprofen 200 three to four times a day. If gets no better then consult specialist.
