Hi,
My hair is turning grey quite fast.
I am a software engineer working in Kolkata. There seems to be no role of genetics in this. Also I do a balanced diet with fruits and water.I also do r
Occasional workout sessions. I need to understand the root cause for my hair Turning white so fast. I doubt that this may be because of hydrogen peroxide being generated at the follicles. Please advise me how to proceed with finding the cause and so the appropriate treatment.
Thanks

Greying of hair is a normal aging process which starts around 30 as the melanocytes activity of the body slows down and gradually the melanin production in hair stops. If it is happening before this age, it is called premature greying. This can be genetic and also due to deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals. You can delay the process of greying of hair by some lifestyle modifications. Take adequate sleep and drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Few tablets can also be prescribed for the same. there is also one lotion which is supposed to work. You can call me or contact me using online consult option with photos for detailed prescription.,

how did you come to the conclusion of no role of genetics ??? even without family history there can be a genetic component by sporadic changes. why is the hydrogen peroxide causes bleaching of only some hair and not all hair as per theory ???? your fanatic theories will increase your stress and your greying.. Premature greying of hair⦠also known as premature canities is increasingly common in general population since recent times. The cause could be multi-factorial and needs to be assessed. It could be genetic, environmental, stress-related, secondary to smoking, certain medications or some nutritional deficiencies. All these factors lead to underproduction of melanin that leads to grey or white hair. Practically, turning the grey here into black again is very difficult with medical treatment. However, with proper treatment you can avoid the progression of the problem and prevent further greying. You should send me images through private online consult for a better assessment of the problem and approaching it accordingly by doing the necessary tests. Hope this is helpful.
