Does generic medicines work like other branded medicines?? What are the pros and cons, diabetic tablets from generic medicines is not working as expected

Yes, they are good. Its just that these are approved by govt and are normally the cheapest. Baki a bit of absorption and other properties differ from brand to brand. So, it is not always true that they are the best ones.
If you feel some medicines aren't working, you can switch to your brand of preference.
