Regarding footwear after cast removal
I removed my cast which was put on my feet on 29th June. Right now I'm walking around in crepe bandage. When can I remove the bandage ?

If swelling is moderate you can use sports shoes. Or Floaters with crepe .
Regular anlkle foot exercise with hot water formantation. Till you get back full movements of ankle
