Regarding foot swelling
My mother she 65yrs old she had a sudden foot swelling while walking and i applied hot pack amd gradually decreased but i had taken x ray and uric acid is 2.6 and urine test also normal but swelling is not getting up what should i do swelling is in between proximal phalanges toe and second finger swelling can u suggest any test to rule out it

There are arthritic changes in the joint.

In xray its looking like arthritic changes of great toe...

it can be due fo RA also...u can get RA factor and anti ccp done to rule out RA
