Last year in nov i was diagnosed with anal fistula and had undergone fistulectomy surgery in 2 sittings .. 1st surgery was on 7 nov and 2nd was on 26 nov amd had developed infection twice in the surgical wound after the surgery.
Its 12 weeks since the surgery has happened the wound is yet to heal?What is the Reason as Wound healing Process is So slow??pls help..What can be done to heal as soon as possible ?
