Sir my bmi index is 30.54 . I am a CA student and i need to sit for 14 to 16 hours daily and have no time for workout. I always feel very low and lazy and always irritated and desperate. What should i do to make changes in my body fat ratio. I want to change my lifestyle. Please recommend medications or changes in diet to get rid of body fat

Hi I understand your concern. Do mention your height and weight also so that I can help you out in better way. Looking at your schedule I don't think it is possible for you to do exercise. Without knowing your history it is not possible to give you diet. I would not suggest you to go any any high protein or low carb diet because when you will be to normal routine it might happen you weight might bounce back instead go systemically and follow balance diet to improve your health and lose fat and weight..
