I'm 24 year old recently I had eye test my reading is -2.75 and -2.25. But previously I had 1.5 and 1.75 suddenly it increases why. At the age of 24 power will become stabilizes right why my power is increasing

Here there is difference of 0.5 D only for left eye which can be a subjective variation too.
When was your last examination date?
And details of prescription is needed.
