Regarding endometrial lining for e.t
My cousin aged 29 is undergoing ivf procedure. She was having low ovarian reserve and after 4 years and 3 failed iui doctor advised her for ivf
My question is that since last one month her endometrial lining is varying between 6-7 mm and so doctor is not transferring embryo. She is under medication for improving lining but it does not have much effect.
I want to ask is it safe if embryo transfer is done at 6-7 mm endometrial thickness?
Is there any natural method of improving lining?

Endometrial thickness should be more than 10 mm. Otherwise embryo transfer will fail.

Thickness should be atleast 9 mm at the time of embryo transfer.
There are no natural ways to increase the thickness .
Medicines can be taken to increase the thickness.
As endometrium is persistently low, infection like genital tuberculosis should be ruled out.
