My son is 2.5 years old. Can we give oats with milk daily one time. Is it safe or not???. Some people are saying that oats is not easily digestable. Kindly suggest me. How to give

Freshly prepared home based foods and fruits are good as these have simple carbohydrates which will be best digested rather than complex carbohydrates (oats).

It's better to avoid packaged foods as they may contain additives and colour chemicals which are harmful. Oats per se are healthy but avoid packaged oats. Give the child fresh home cooked foods.
